Kasuri Methi or Kasoori Methi is a wonderful herb that adds a unique flavor and taste to many dishes.
It can of course be store bought. But making it at home is not at all a complicated process as many think of!
Home made Kasuri methi tastes and smells a lot better than the store brought one. And you can also be sure that the Kasoori Methi you add in your dishes is clean and healthy.
It just takes about two weeks to three weeks for the whole process and it is not at all hard work.
